Fast-drying, highly covering and adhesive insulating and barrier primer for problematic substrates. UNI-TEX prevents stains from bleeding through in subsequent coats and levels out differently absorbent substrates. The insulating effect is excellent against felt-tip pens, water stains, tannins, mold, nicotine, soot, oil, tar, grease, rust, etc. and allows rapid recoating with water-thinnable wall and ceiling paints and also with solvent-based paints.
