BLENDA ® -POOL acrylic pool paint is not recommended for metal or GRP pools, 2K systems such as BRILAPOOL are available for this purpose. If water sterilization takes place using active oxygen, electrolysis or an ozonization system, BLENDA ® -POOL must not be applied. BLENDA ® -POOL is a freshwater and seawater resistant underwater paint based on acrylic resin. BLENDA ® -POOL is suitable for the treatment of mineral substrates which are permanently exposed to water. BLENDA ® -POOL is resistant to water cleaning chemicals based on chlorine as well as to diluted acids or alkalis used for cleaning baths for a short time. However, the mechanical resistance as well as the water resistance of BLENDA ® -POOL is considerably lower than that of DUROPOOL swimming pool paint.
