As a durable coating on concrete, masonry, composite boards (such as coarse chipboard OSB), cement coatings in basements, laundry rooms, heating and hobby rooms, stairs, terraces, balcony floors and for coating heavily stressed walls. BLENDA ® -SOL is a water-thinnable and low-odor methylacrylic polyurethane floor paint. It results in abrasion-resistant, elastic and non-yellowing coatings. The paint has good resistance to water, detergents, cleaning agents, etc. BLENDA ® -SOL is only conditionally suitable in contact with organic solvents, gasoline, diluted acids and alkalis. For such uses we recommend BLENDA ® -POX 512. For increased demands as well as for outdoor use, BLENDA ® -SOL is cross-linked with a special hardener, which further improves the mechanical and chemical resistance.
Delivery form
Standard color shades in packages of 20 and 6 kg as well as 750ml. Colors in the COLORAMA-Mix tinting system in packages of 15, 5 and 2.5 liters and 1000 ml. The basecoat and the hardener are two different products, which must be ordered separately.
Gloss level
Silk matt 10 % ± 2 at 60° angle
Shades
201 light gray / 202 medium gray / 204 green / 209 ocher. The entire range of shades (Knuchel-Inspiration, RAL, Colortrend-E, NCS etc.) is available under the COLORAMA tinting system BLENDA-MIX.
