As an insulating and bonding primer for exterior and interior use on substrates such as gypsum, plaster, concrete, sand-lime brick, masonry, old coatings, wallpaper, etc. BLENDA ® -TEX is a water-thinnable, alkali-resistant, white pigmented and low-odor insulating and barrier primer for problematic substrates. It prevents staining on subsequent coats and levels out differently absorbent substrates. The insulating effect is excellent on residues of nicotine, soot, tar, grease, water stains, fire damage, felt-tip pens, etc. BLENDA ® -TEX has a good adhesion and solidifying effect, is block-resistant and non-yellowing.
