XENOSAL is a transparent insulating agent for combating saltpetre, mold and algae deposits on masonry. The magnesium and zinc compounds effectively neutralize the affected substrates and can be covered with a new coat of plaster or paint. Due to the complexity and problematic nature of salt efflorescence, even XENOSAL Isolating Primer cannot guarantee further efflorescence removal. However, XENOSAL offers an efficient and cost-effective restoration without the need for expensive damage analysis and wall restoration.
