SILACEL Hard Primer is a transparent nitrocellulose-based wood primer that dries quickly and is easy to sand. SILACEL protects the wood from water stains and prevents the sinking of a subsequent top coat. SILACEL can be overpainted with transparent or pigmented nitrocellulose, synthetic resin or 2-component lacquers. Not applicable for exterior use.
