BLENDA-TOP "DELUXE" is a water-dilutable and low-odor high performance sealant based on polyurethane resin. It produces extremely tough-elastic, wear-resistant, non-yellowing and chemical-resistant surfaces in exterior and interior areas. BLENDA-TOP "DELUXE" has an extremely high abrasion resistance and the resistances against water, alcohol and household chemicals are excellent. For extreme requirements such as floor sealing in heavily frequented rooms, the product is mixed with BLENDA-TOP hardener, which further improves the mechanical and chemical resistance.
